Ingredients

• 4 cups dashi broth
• 0.25 cups white miso paste
• 1 tbsp chili paste
• 4 ounces enoki mushrooms, trimmed
• 0.25 cups scallion, sliced
• 0.25 tsps red pepper flakes

Steps

1. Bring dashi broth to a gentle simmer.
2. Whisk miso paste and chili paste with a little hot broth; stir back into the pot.
